EVENT REFUND POLICY

  • 1.For any and all programmes, whether cultural, non-cultural, social or of any other nature, organized by Xirconium International Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as "Xirconuim" or “us” or “our”, any tickets sold, whether physically or via our official website, www.xirconium.com, there will be no refunds or reimbursements, once a ticket of any amount or category is sold, unless the show is cancelled without any “valid reason”. “Valid reason” shall mean and consist of the following, but not restricted to, national emergencies, political instabilities, strikes or public demonstrations, natural disasters, arson, police or armed forces emergencies, accident or illness or death of any and all performers or artists of the programme or programmes for which tickets were sold, venue authorities unlawfully or without two weeks’ notice revoking venue accesses, any and all performers or artists unlawfully or without valid justification opting out from participating in such programme or programmes for which tickets were sold, or any other reason beyond our active control or jurisdiction or that of our representatives. For any other reason, aside from the ones mentioned herewith, customers shall be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the time and date of their official refund request.
  • 2.Customers, upon proving their identity, shall receive a full refund if they make such requests within 72 hours of the official announcement of any such programme or programmes, for which they purchased a ticket, being cancelled without any valid reason.
  • 3.Customers, upon proving their identity, shall receive a 50% refund if they make such requests within 48 hours of the official announcement of any such programme or programmes, for which they purchased a ticket, being cancelled without any valid reason.
  • 4.Customers, upon proving their identity, shall receive a 25% refund if they make such requests within 24 hours of the official announcement of any such programme or programmes, for which they purchased a ticket, being cancelled without any valid reason.
  • 5.Customers, upon proving their identity, shall receive no refunds if they make such requests after the 72-hour deadline of the official announcement of any such programme or programmes, for which they purchased a ticket, being cancelled without any valid reason, has passed.
  • 6.All official refund requests must be made to refund@xirconium.com via email using each individual’s specific email address associated with their respective Xirconium Account or ID allocated to them upon registering with us.
  • 7.Each refund requestee must prove their identity, if requested by Xirconium, by providing valid information about their true likeness and present their original Government ID document to Xirconium or its representatives, if requested.
  • 8.All official announcements related to any and all programmes and activities organized by Xirconium are exclusively communicated through its official website, www.xirconium.com. Announcements of any nature with relations to any and all activities pertaining to Xirconium shall be deemed as null, unofficial and non-binding upon Xirconium or its representatives, if it is communicated through any other sources.
  • 9.There shall be no refunds if a programme, whether for valid or invalid reasons, is postponed for another time, no later than the first 365 days from the date of the first announcement of such postponement, after which period, if the programme yet did not take place, for any reason, then within the next 180 days after the end of that first postponement time period (of 365 days), clients shall be entitled to a full refund.
  • 10.Each individual registering for an account, whether online or offline, with Xirconium is responsible for the security and integrity of their own account. Each account holder must ensure that they have inputted their personal information correctly and truthfully as requested by Xirconium. Any inputted personal or sensitive information, such as, but not limited to, full legal name, age, ID number, gender, digital or printed picture of such individual’s face, digital or printed picture of such individual’s valid Government ID, address, parents’ name, etc., that does not match with the information of such individual’s Government issued ID shall result in account seizure, closure or any other suitable action deemed necessary under the sole discretion and authority of Xirconium, where legally permissible. Moreover, Xirconium reserves the right to refuse any and all refunds for any and all transactions made against such accounts with Xirconium if the individual fails to provide satisfactory proof of their identity in an event if their account is under any scrutiny.
  • 11.There shall be no refunds to any individual if that individual, for any reason, is unable to attend the programme or programmes for which that individual purchased a ticket. Similarly, there shall be no refunds, if an account holder purchased a ticket for any individual or individuals from their own Xirconium account, and if any such individual or individuals were unable to attend the programme or programmes for any reason.
  • 12.All refunds, if any, shall be made to the direct or original source or sources from which the transaction was made, especially for transactions made via digital sources, electronic sources, online sources, offline sources, credit card, debit card, prepaid card, mobile financial services (MFS), internet banking, payment service providers (PSP), payment service operators (PSO), digital wallets services, digital currency, credit scores, online banking, cash, cheque, credit, pay orders or point-of-sale (POS) machines. It is the sole responsibility of each individual account holder or valid ticket holder to ensure that they collect their refunds, if any, from the direct or original source or sources from which the transaction or transactions were made. Xirconium shall not be liable for any losses incurred throughout the refund process in any case.
  • 13.Xirconium reserves the right to change its refund policies anytime with or without notice. All registered users shall be notified of any and all changes via email to their respective email addresses registered with us whether before, during or after such changes are executed. All new changes shall be applicable immediately for any new purchases or transactions made with us from the moment such refund policies are disbursed, notified, executed or made available publicly via any one or all of our official sources. Any and all purchases or transactions made prior to any new changes to our refund policies shall remain binding to only those refund policies which were agreed upon during checkout. It is the sole responsibility of each individual account holder or valid ticket holder to keep themselves updated with our refund policies before, during and after making such purchases or transactions.
  • 14.When customers engage in any transaction with us, they agree that our entire refund policy must be considered in its entirety and no individual clause, section or point of such refund policies can be singled out for consideration on it’s own. Customers also agree that no individual clause, section or point of such refund policies can be interpreted out of context in opposition to our entire refund policy.
