3. Refund Policy
Xirconium serves as a comprehensive marketplace facilitating the purchase and sale of event tickets. Our platform enables event organizers, venues, and artists to sell tickets directly to consumers while offering additional services such as event marketing, ticket authentication, and resale options. Each event listed on Xirconium is governed by the specific Event Policy established by the respective event organizer.
Refund requests, particularly those arising from event cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications, are assessed and determined solely by event organizers. If a refund is approved, Xirconium may act as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction, ensuring that the refund is processed to the original payment method when applicable.
While we assist in facilitating communication between a ticket holder and an event organizer, we do not, however, independently approve or deny refund requests. All refund requests submitted through Xirconium will be forwarded to the appropriate event organizer for review and resolution. The responsibility for refund determinations, including negotiations or settlement agreements, rests solely with the event organizer and the ticket holder.

For these events, we will assume responsibility for ticket distribution and event-related inquiries as outlined in the respective Event Policy.
